Using the UV layout as a guide we created an image for the skin
in Photoshop. This image is used to colour our 3D
mesh. We created additional images to describe the bumpiness of
the surface, how light is diffused by the surface, and how much
light is reflected from the surface.
These additional images are grey, with lighter areas representing
higher values and darker areas representing lower values.We desaturated
our colour image and used it as a base for creating images for the
bump, diffusion and specularity (shininess) channels.
